Doug Knapke
President/Owner
Doug has being working in IT for over 15 years. After a long haul with large IT companies, Doug felt like he could better serve clients more personally. CompuMage was born and has been developing valued relationships for over five years. Doug has MCSE, MCP, and A+ certifications for doing the hands-on work but he works hardest at staying hands-on in the business relationships.

Doug is married with two children. Besides his devotion to his family and clients, he is focused on a strong balance between healthy mind, body and spirit.

Charles Moore
Sales Manager, A+, N+
Charles started his career in sales in 2003 in the mortgage business.  Craving more personal interaction, Charles left the cubicle for retail sales.  There he thrived, met goals and achieved a high level of consistency.  He was noted for building strong, lasting relationships with his customers based on product knowledge and trust.  His love for technology and gadgets led him to an education in IT which eventually brought him to CompuMage.

When not focusing on his career in sales, Charles finds tranquility in the great outdoors with his wife and two children.

Brian Abel
Technician, MCP
Brian is a Certified Microsoft Professional with a BS in Computer Science and an AAS in Computer Programming. After doing time as a Firedog at Circuit City and serving on the Geek Suad at Best Buy, he found his way to CompuMage. Always intrigued by the how and why of the way things works, Brian loves taking things apart. Sometimes they even get put back together!

When not working hard or tinkering with electronics, Brian enjoys spending quality time with friends.

Derek Barr
Technician
Derek has his certifications in A+, Net+ and MCP and really enjoys working with computers and networks. In fact, he loves complete submersion in almost any kind of gadgetry and electronics.

When Derek does break away from technology he can be found with his wife and four kids. And if you're lucky, you just might find him out playing guitar, sports, dancing or doing karaoke.

Christopher Waring
Technician
Chris started out working in the copier and fax world and even did a tour with Best Buy's Geek Squad. Since then he's completed his certifications in A+, N+, MCP and MCSA.

Chris thoroughly enjoys computers, electronics and technology of any kind. When he unplugs, he spends time with his wife and likes to wind down by playing golf and bowling.
